Background
Love At Work is a growing ministry of Killearn United Methodist Church in Tallahassee, Florida that was founded in 1993. Over the years what was once a construction project designed to help residents of nearby Gadsden County who reside in substandard housing has grown into a multidimensional mission effort to help the residents in all areas of life not just housing. But we can not do it alone. There is more need than we can meet on our own. Join us as we bring hope the hopeless in the name of Christ.
MISSION STATEMENT
The core mission of Love At Work is to encourage spiritual growth in youth through service to others.
STATEMENT OF FAITH
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent and revealed in three persons; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that God is personal, transcendent and is the sovereign Creator of all things. We believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God and through it the plan of salvation is revealed in the blood and grace of Jesus Christ. We believe that the mission of the Church is to communicate the Gospel to all. Love at Work shares this message through serving those in need and encouraging spiritual growth in youth through this outreach.
